Subprocessors

To deliver the Kraken service, HireKraken (a service of Port Direct Containers, LLC) engages a small set of trusted third-party providers ("subprocessors") that process data on our behalf. We share only the data each provider needs to perform its function, under agreements that restrict their use of that data. The categories below describe the role each provider plays in our pipeline.

Categories of Subprocessors

• Cloud hosting & data storage — hosts the Kraken platform and securely stores campaign and account data.
• Public business-listing & firmographic data — supplies publicly available business listings (company name, location, category, and public contact details) used to assemble target lists.
• Contact-data enrichment — appends business contact details to sourced companies to make outreach deliverable.
• AI language processing — generates, personalizes, and evaluates outreach and reply content.
• Email delivery & deliverability infrastructure — sends outreach and manages sending reputation and compliance signals.
• Conversational voice AI — powers inbound voice interactions with prospects and customers.
• Telephony — connects and routes phone calls.
• Payment processing — processes deposits and subscription payments; we do not store full card numbers.
• Transactional email — sends account, booking, and notification messages.

Changes & Notice

We may add or replace subprocessors as the Service evolves. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes so customers have a reasonable opportunity to review them. Specific provider identities are available to customers on request, subject to confidentiality.
